(94 min. ) Maurizio Merli stars as Commissioner Betti, a good cop with an axe to grind with the system. Upon his arrival in Naples, Betti is given a threatening welcome by The Commandante, a man who basically controls all racketeer activity in the city. Undaunted by such threats, Betti furiously battles the protection rackets as well as a band of ugly rapists and a gang of vicious bank robbers. Soon he discovers he must bend the law in order to uphold it as he devises a scheme to outsmart and eventually bring down the Commandante's operation, and kill a few lowlifes along the way.
